I was treated with such gentle and reassuring care throughout my several treatments. Great follow up care. Excellent advice and results. I can highly recommend Dr. Spartz and entire staff. I used the Eagan clinic. Nice clean, quiet atmosphere.

Very pleased with this experience. The staff at every level were very caring and pleasant. It was not as uncomfortable as I’d feared (a bit like getting a lot of shots or donating blood). My big regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. DO buy some stocking glue or get a couple different styles of stockings (you have to wear them for 2-3 weeks after) as I had skin irritation and found it helped to rotate styles or use the glue. Also, I was glad I had forgotten to shave my legs as the hair sort of protected my skin (irritation was in bare areas). DO also plan to get any heavy groceries or errands done before the procedures. I forgot there’s a restriction on how much you can lift afterwards and it would have just been more convenient to have stocked up on heavy items before the procedures. My legs look and feel MUCH better. Again everyone was great and I just wish I’d done this sooner. I thought I’d posted a longer review but maybe it didn’t save.

I’m finishing up multiple visits and everyone at the clinic including front office has been lovely to deal with. I’ve had anxiety about this but they kept me talking to distract me. The procedures have been quicker and less uncomfortable than I’d feared. I should have had my veins taken care of years ago. I highly recommend this clinic. They’re super responsive, even calling me back a 2nd time clarify something I’d called about to make sure nothing was missed. I only wish all my medical procedures could be handled by the same pleasant and caring staff. My legs look and feel MUCH better in a few short weeks. I do recommend for anyone getting the treatment, get the stocking glue (online through various retailers or sold at the clinic) and/or get a few different styles of compression garment as the need to wear compression afterwards has been a pain as things slip around and chafe if I don’t use the glue to a garter belt or wear hose and it’s nice to rotate styles help my skin. I was also super glad I hadn’t shaved my legs before all this too (even though I was embarrassed by my legs - I’d meant to get them waxed). The naturally hairless parts of my legs were more likely to get dry and itchy and irritated whereas being hairy protected my skin a bit. I also wish I’d planned better for the weight/lifting restrictions. You cannot lift even moderately heavy things for a set period after vein procedures and I think I’d forgotten. If I’d been more on top of things I would have gotten more groceries and heavy chores done before the procedures. As it was, I had to be very careful.

The office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The medical staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent care/treatment.

Very thorough evaluation, the purpose of the evaluation and ultrasound were explained as they happened. Treatment options and the rationale behind them was well laid out for me as a patient.
